ELIGIBILITY
The Policy Pioneers Program is crafted for early-career and mid-career professionals and public-policy aspirants who are ready to switch gears and drive change through public policy.
Whether you are a graduate or post-graduate from any discipline—engineering, humanities, business, or sciences, this is your gateway into the world of governance reform, public leadership, and systemic change.
You don’t need a technical background, only an unshakable drive to make an impact.
OUR SELECTION PROCESS
1. Apply with Purpose
Timeline: June 1st Week – July End Week: Start by registering on the India House portal. Share your intent, and the values that drive you. Submit your application along with the necessary documents.
2. Get Shortlisted
Timeline: June 1st Week – July End Week: Our review panel of experts, practitioners, and thought leaders will evaluate each application. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps.
3. Personal Interview
Timeline: Aug 1st Week- Aug 2nd Week: Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview. The interview panel will assess your clarity of thought, commitment to impact, and the drive to lead.
4. Final Selection
Timeline: Aug 2nd Week- Aug 3rd Week: Selected candidates will receive their offer to join the cohort by Mid-August. The first cohort of the Policy Pioneers Program will begin in the 1st Week of September.
FEES AND SCHOLARSHIPS
INR 59,000 + 18% GST.
(To be paid in two instalments)
We want to ensure that the program fee is not a barrier for India’s future policy pioneers. So we encourage applicants who may need financial support to apply for our merit-cum-means based scholarships. The scholarship application follows a separate process and is reviewed independently by our selection committee.
Note: Travel and accommodation costs for the two in-person camps are not included. Participants are expected to bear these expenses and make the necessary arrangements.
